Position Overview

The Digital Media Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence by building and executing content calendars, managing social media pages, and ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent across all digital platforms. The role involves working closely with the marketing team to create and publish engaging content on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content calendars for the company’s brands, ensuring timely, consistent, and relevant content across all digital platforms.
  • Manage and oversee social media pages, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms, ensuring the brand’s tone and message are consistent.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, including written posts, graphics, videos, and infographics, tailored to the audience and platform.
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry changes, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
  • Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages on social media platforms promptly, fostering positive community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, product) to align content and campaigns with broader brand strategies and business goals.
  • Analyze the performance of social media content and campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and platform insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving engagement, reach, and overall performance based on key metrics and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and technologies to enhance the company’s digital presence.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure that all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging across platforms.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies as needed to optimize digital marketing efforts and collaborate on larger campaigns.
  • Assist in developing strategies for influencer partnerships and collaborations to further promote the brand online.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations, including privacy and data protection standards.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts and executing content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Proven ability to plan and optimize paid social media campaigns, with experience in tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong content creation skills, particularly in copywriting and video production.
  • Experience in analyzing social media performance and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are an added advantage but not required.
